1, adjustable base

After staking out the scaffolding layout size, arrange the [Adjustable Base] to the fixed point.

2, standard base

Place the main frame sleeve part of the [Standard Base] up over the adjustable base. The lower edge of the standard base needs to be completely placed in the groove of the force receiving plane of the wrench.

3, the first layer of the crossbar

The crossbar head is placed in the position of the small hole of the disc so that the front end of the crossbar head is pressed against the vertical rod tube, and then the wedge pin is fastened through the small hole.

4, starting pole

The poles that are not installed (connecting rods) are collectively referred to as [starting poles], and the long ends of the [starting poles] are inserted into the sleeves of the standard base as shown below. Check the starting position of the hole by checking the position of the hole. [Starting pole] is only used in the first layer, and the second layer is used in the upper layer.

5, the second layer of the crossbar

As shown in the figure, install the second layer of crossbar according to step 3.

6, the first layer of diagonal

Put the [slanted rods] all clockwise or all in the counterclockwise direction. As shown in the figure, put the [slanted rod] into the large hole position of the disc, so that the front end of the inclined rod head is pressed against the main frame tube, and the oblique wedge is penetrated. The hole is fastened and fixed.

7, docking pole

[Throughing the pole] Connect the square tube (connecting rod) and insert the connecting rod into the lower tube as shown. If you need to use the [butt pole latch], be sure to check that the disc alignment holes are in the same direction.

8, the third layer of the crossbar

As shown in the figure, install the third layer of crossbar according to step 3.

9, the second layer of diagonal

As shown in the figure, according to the step 6 grouping method, the second layer [slant bar] is overlapped with the same direction of the uppermost layer. If the uppermost layer is assembled counterclockwise, the diagonal bars above the second layer are also assembled in a counterclockwise direction.

10, U-shaped adjustment seat

Insert the [U-shaped adjustment seat] tube into the pole tube as shown in the figure and adjust it to the desired height with a wrench.
